Teachers

The Educational Sequences comprise various activities lasting one hour. Each of these activities can be developed as an individual unit. Teachers can thus select the subject matter and the activity they want to work on. This flexibility makes it easier for teachers to integrate in their different subject areas.

The Educational Sequences are accompanied by their corresponding Data Sheet. This describes the objectives of each Sequence, the curricular area it relates to, a brief description of the activities, the technical characteristics and a glossary of terms.

For ease of use, the structure of all the Sequences is the same:

• Introduction. General framework of the subject around which the different activities will revolve.
• Activities. A practical description of each of the proposed activities.
• Resources. Links to the information and online tools required are available in this section.
• Evaluation. Students and teachers can look at the results of their work, which will be subject to evaluation.

THE NEW NEIGHBOURS is an educational project to prevent xenophobia and racism among adolescents aged 11 to 14. The cornerstone of this initiative is a comic. On its pages, boys and girls will find characters and stories that invite them to think about the values of citizenship, migratory processes and multicultural social interaction.
